Forecast Discussion
Clouds will increase as we head into the overnight. A system will approach our area from the south bringing us some showers late tonight. Patchy fog is also expected to develop late tonight into tomorrow morning. Lows tonight will be near 40.
The start of the workweek will be a bit unsettled. We'll see scattered showers throughout much of the day on Monday, with some rain lingering into Tuesday. The chance for rainfall is 60% for Monday, and 30% for Tuesday. Highs will be in the 50s on Monday and mid to upper 40s on Tuesday.
High pressure will build in temporarily by Wednesday bringing us some sunshine and a pleasant October day with highs in the low 50s. By Thursday we'll see a much more active pattern. A low pressure system should develop in the southern Plains, possibly drawing in some moisture from Tropical Storm Zeta. There is a little bit of uncertainty for Thursday, but for now we'll keep the rain chances at 40% for Thursday and 30% for Friday with highs in the 40s.
Halloween on Saturday is looking goof for any safe and spooky activities you might have planned. Mostly sunny skies are expected with highs in the upper 40s. Safely done trick or treating will be a bit chilly, with lows in the 30s. Sunday brings some more sunshine with highs near 50.
