Three men were injured Sunday afternoon in a Montgomery shooting.
At about 1:15 p.m. officers and fire medics were sent to the 300 block of East Patton Avenue about a person shot, said Lt. Jarrett Williams, a spokesman for the Montgomery Police Department.
Two men had sustained life-threatening gunshot wounds and one man sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. All have been transported to a local hospital for treatment. There have been no arrests.
The shootings brought the total for the weekend to five people shot in a span of about 48 hours. On Friday at about 9:40 p.m. a woman received life-threatening injuries in a shooting on West Vandiver Boulevard. On Saturday at about 8 p.m. a juvenile male received non-life-threatening injuries in a shooting on Auburn Street.
Jabradski Pruitt, 40, of Montgomery, has been charged with domestic violence assault in the Friday shooting.
