
San Mateo County sheriff’s deputies are investigating a triple stabbing early Tuesday that left one of the victims as well as the suspect dead, officials said.
The stabbings occurred at about 5:20 a.m. in a house on Sequoia Avenue in unincorporated Redwood City, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office.
Det. Rosemerry Blankswade, a sheriff’s spokeswoman, said the suspect was dead when deputies arrived at the scene. They found three adult victims who were stabbed, and one of the victims was deceased. The two other victims were taken to a hospital, where one later died.
Names of the suspect and victims have not been released.
