SAN JOSE — Three gunshot victims were treated for non-life-threatening injuries at a local hospital early Monday morning while their assailant remained at large, San Jose police said.

The shooting occurred outside the Alura Inn on the 1300 block of Oakland Road in San Jose’s Berryessa neighborhood.

When officers arrived at the scene shortly before 1 a.m., they found two men with bullet wounds, who were transported to a local hospital. Shortly thereafter, a third man with a gunshot wound, believed to be from the same incident, arrived at the same hospital, police said.

Police had not identified a motive or a suspect by Monday morning and requested anyone with information on the shooting to call 911 or Crime Stoppers at 408-947-7867 to remain anonymous.
