ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – If you’re traveling this week for Thanksgiving, Elizabeth Carey from Triple A says you’re likely doing it the old fashioned way – by car.
“Travel by car is going to be down this year over last year,” says Carey, “but 95 percent of people still say they’ll be traveling by car for Thanksgiving.”
Carey says if you are hitting the road, it’s best to leave as early as possible. Wednesday will be the busiest day for travel.
