Police investigate triple shooting in Sanford neighborhood - WKMG News 6 & ClickOrlando

SANFORD, Fla. – Three men were shot Monday night in Sanford, according to police.

Sanford police said officers responded to the shooting at 9:43 p.m. in the 1300 block of Summerlin Avenue near Hamilton Elementary School.

Investigators said the victims, in their early 20s, were rushed to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police blocked off a large section of Summerlin Avenue while conducting an investigation. Several bullet casings were in the road as investigators focused on some vehicles that were parked in the driveway of a home.

It’s not known what led to the shooting.

No arrests have been made.
