BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Police said Tuesday a total of six people are now believed to be tied to the Memorial Day triple murder that happened poolside at a Baton Rouge apartment complex.
A 1-year-old girl was among the people killed.
The two alleged shooters, a juvenile and an adult, remain at large, police said Tuesday.

The other four people either had prior knowledge of the planned shooters or assisted the killers after the shooting, police said.
Three of those four people, including a juvenile, were taken into custody Tuesday, police said. Their names had not been released as of late Tuesday afternoon.
Police said the killers left the state of Louisiana after the shootings. The U.S. Marshal’s Service is assisting in the search for the killers.

Detectives say the two killers walked into the gated pool area at Fairway View Apartments on College Drive just before 8 p.m. on May 31 and opened fire.
Two males, Dwayne Dunn, age 16, and Reginald Thomas, age 20, died at the scene.
Ja’Tyri Brown, the one-year-old, was playing near the pool and was also hit by gunfire. She later died at a hospital.
Police said Tuesday they have not established what led to the shootings.
Mayor Sharon Weston Broome issued the following statement on the latest developments:
“As of today, the Baton Rouge Police Department has made an arrest and issued additional warrants for the shooting that occurred last week at the Fairway View Apartments. This action was made possible by the work of our Baton Rouge Police Department and the support of our community.
As we move forward, we must remember the tragic nature of gun violence in Baton Rouge and how it can be prevented. Just as the community helped in this case, we look to our residents to also help prevent future violence by reaching out to law enforcement before it occurs.
This shooting resulted in the death of an innocent bystander who was only one-year-old. My sincerest condolences continue to be with the family and their loved ones. As a community, we must work collaboratively to prevent further tragedies by speaking out before it is too late.
Again, I want to thank our residents who provided the valuable information which allowed our officers to make an arrest. My hope is that as we move forward, this partnership will continue to allow us to not only solve crimes, but to prevent them.”
