CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Cincinnati police identified three men who were found dead following a shooting in Pendleton early Saturday.
Officers say they responded to the 300 block of East 12th Street around 2:30 a.m.
At the scene, police say they found Damarian Edwards, 20, Tyler McIntosh, 20, and Jisaiah Jordan, 24, suffering from gunshot wounds.
It is unclear what led up to the shooting.
Police have not released any information on a possible suspect.
“Damarian was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends,” Donesia LaCole, Edwards’ mother, said.
Sharon Ford, a Pendleton resident, says not only are the victims’ families dealing with this tragedy, but the community as a whole is also.
“It’s a ripple effect,” Ford said. “The families that are hurt, the people in the community that are afraid, it’s just too much. It has to stop, it’s senseless.”
Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating.
Anyone with information about this incident is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 513-352-3040.
