Today will be the warmest day of the week for us before we see a much needed cool down. Temperatures this morning are in the 50s and 60s with a clear sky. Compared to this time yesterday they are around 5-10 degrees warmer. Wind speeds are still calm the morning sticking around 5-10 mph though the afternoon. By 8 am our temperatures will already be in the 80s with plenty of sunshine. By noon we will be in the upper 90s and the triple digits by the afternoon. There is still no rain chances with little to no cloud cover. Friday a low pressure system moves through dropping our temperatures to the upper 80s with wind gusts up to 30 mph at times. It will also bring some rain to northern California but will only graze our northern most counties with the rest of us staying dry. The higher elevations will also have a chance of some showers and a possible thunderstorm. Saturday we drop in to the upper 70s with wind picking up to about 20 mph in the afternoon. Then we warm right back up in to next week. High temperatures make it to the low 90s Monday through Wednesday.
