MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office identified the 16-year-old shot and killed near 49th and Hampton as Javarius Fowler.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a triple shooting on 49th and Hampton.
Police say it happened at 3:15 p.m.
According to the Medical Examiner, one male victim was pronounced dead on scene.
Police say the victim was a 16-year-old male.
The two other victims were transported to a local hospital.
An unknown 14-year-old male sustained life-threatening injuries, according to police.
This is an ongoing investigation.
