New York Yankees minor leaguer Greg Bird is turning his season around after a slow start.
May 13th was a wake-up call for Greg Bird.
The 29-year-old first baseman went 0-for-4 in a Triple-A game with Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, dropping his batting average to .143 on the season. Bird knew he had to turn things around –– and he did so in an emphatic way.
